The Future is Bright

Over the past few years, we have developed a very strong and active youth program attracting young people from our community and different churches. The youth ministry at Rich Valley Presbyterian is open to all in grades 6-12. Many active (and we do mean active) members of the youth group are not Rich Valley Presbyterian church members. Youth meets every Sunday afternoon throughout the school year from 6:30 until 8:30. The group is led in worship activities, bible study, and games by our wonderful youth staff. Some of the activities include:

Volunteering at local food pantries
Our annual ski-weekend in West Virginia
Whitewater rafting
Working at the Salvation Army
Christmas caroling
Nursing home visits
Lock-Ins
Volleyball
Softball
Christmas plays
Trips to sports events

We have fund-raisers to help pay for activities. These include car washes, spaghetti dinners and yard sales.
